On Sept 27th, 2026, Gabe Yeager and his Mom were presented a small token of encouragement in honor of Make a Difference Day from Simpson United Methodist Church.
Gabe was born with FATCO Syndrome (Fibular Aplasia Tibial Campomelia and Oligosyndactyl) It is extremely rare. It affects less than 1 in every million births. At birth Gabriel

Gabe was born with FATCO Syndrome (Fibular Aplasia Tibial Campomelia and Oligosyndactyl) It is extremely rare. It affects less than 1 in every million births. At birth Gabriel was one of approximately 24 and to date there are only 40 cases known in the world. Currently Gabriel is 5 and a half and has undergone 6 major surgeries. His family has made nearly 100 trips to CHOP and he will require many more surgeries in his life. We were happy to make this small gift to him to help ease some of their financial burden.
